We allow you to fly directly to your destination quickly, comfortably, and safely.
By operating on your schedule, we give you flexibility and convenience.
You decide when to leave, how long to stay, and when to return.   When you're ready, we'll be ready too.

Our Aircraft, Your Itinerary.

Air Direct operates our Citation 560XL, a midsize business jet flown by a professional two-pilot crew. The Citation Excel combines a spacious stand-up cabin with seating for nine passengers, generous baggage capacity, complimentary high-speed in-flight Wi-Fi, and the performance to serve a wide range of business and personal travel needs. Because Air Direct owns and operates the aircraft directly, our customers know the aircraft, operator, and flight crew responsible for their trip.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Air Direct an FAA-certified Air Carrier?

Yes: Since 2002, Air Direct, LLC has been the holder of a current FAA Air Carrier Certificate, operating company-owned aircraft under Part 135. When you book with us, you're booking directly with the Air Carrier, not a broker or third party.
FAA Certificate Number: EDAA125K

Who owns and operates the aircraft?

Air Direct, LLC solely owns and exercises operational control over each aircraft that it operates on charter; we are not a broker.   We operate and maintain our aircraft in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations.   Our aircraft are flown by Air Direct pilots under our FAA Part 135 operating certificate and company procedures.   We maintain our aircraft meticulously because we care about the people that fly on them.

What about international flights?

Yes, we fly to select international destinations.  Air Direct, LLC is authorized for passengers and cargo within the contiguous United States of America, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean Islands, excluding Cuba.
In addition to our FAA Air Carrier Certificate, we also hold both a Canadian Foreign Air Operator Certificate and a Bahamas Air Transport License.

How does weather affect my travel plans?

Hazardous weather can affect any flight, whether airline or private charter.  FAA regulations concerning weather conditions are designed to promote safety for all operators.  Our aircraft are equipped with anti-ice protection, onboard weather radar and sophisticated satellite data links to provide enhanced weather awareness and hazard avoidance, to allow safe operation in and around complex weather systems.
The flight crew can further explain the limitations of the aircraft and the company's authorizations and SOPs.

What about traveling with children and infants?

FAA regulations allow children under the age of two years to be held on a passenger's lap as infants in arms.  Much like the airlines, this is acceptable aboard our aircraft.  However, we encourage parents to consider the use of car seats. Children are safest in an approved child safety seat.  Children under 2 years old can be held by another passenger, but in a sudden stop, they may not be safely restrained.

What about traveling with pets?

Due to the growing prevalence of allergies, Air Direct, LLC offers a pet-free, smoke-free cabin environment and cannot accommodate pets aboard its aircraft.
